Join Our Studio

We can’t wait for you to join us at Hunter Urban Dance Studio

Enrolment in classes is for the entire school term and enrolment for the following term is presumed unless we are notified in writing. Fees can be paid upfront or via a weekly direct debit. New students are invited to get started with our ‘Love it or it’s free guarantee’. This means you only pay for your trial class if you love it and want to continue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you click on the Join Us button, you will be redirected to an application form where you can apply for one of our Dance programs. Once submitted Rachel, our office manager, will be in touch to finalise your enrolment. Membership will automatically renew each term in the calendar year. We request two weeks’ notice for cancellations.

If you move away from the area and our studio can no longer reasonably be accessed by you, we will place a stop on your enrolment and your debit payment.

Unfortunately term fees are non-refundable in the case of injury or illness. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn.

We do not offer drop-in classes.

We have a no-hassle cancellation policy. Simply email admin@hunterurbandancestudio.com and notify us that you/your child will not be continuing with classes. Please allow 14 days for your cancellation to be processed.

Registration and Term fees cover the cost of studio and dressing room use, end of year costume hire and regular classes. It also covers all insurance and applicable licensing fees. We may request extra payments to cover the cost of performances, additional costumes, makeup etc and you will be notified ahead of time in regards to this.
